Delivery Timings

Standard Delivery Times: We use Canadian Post e-parcel and Chit chats agency which take approximately 2-8 days to deliver to canada(vancouver, Montreal, Quebec Quebec, and a little longer to USA areas. Please note : Canadian Post and Chit Chats does not operate on weekends. Canadian Post e-parcel and Chit chats agency provides the most accurate guidance on estimated delivery dates and advises you of any delays while your parcel is in transit. Canadian Post e-parcel and Chit chats agency may experience delays in delivery times during peak shopping seasons. All deliveries are despatched from our warehouse in Surrey, provides tracking number.

DELIVERY FEES

Standard Delivery: We charge a flat rate of $ 13.44 (without taxes) within Canada, 14.50

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. To track your order, simple enter this number into the Australia Post Tracking Website.

RETURNS

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at chachazafrohair@gmail.com and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.

Chachaz does not have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.

Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for (1) damaged in transport or (2) incorrect goods received. We advise this must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email.

After confirming claims when receiving the returned goods at our warehouse, we shall then promptly (a) re-supply the item(s) or (b) credit the relevant invoice appropriately. Importantly it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening.

As our warehouse is fully automated, we are unable to modify or add products once an order has been completed at checkout.

This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of Chachaz, Online Service including shopping and participation in promotions run by Chachaz, You can access the Terms and Conditions at any time from the bottom of any page of the site.

Please read our terms and conditions carefully, as making a purchase or becoming a member signifies acceptance of these terms.

Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using a secure online Visa and MasterCard transaction facility or alternatively via PayPal. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest
security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.

For your own security and peace of mind, we cannot take orders via phone.

In order to complete a purchase you will be asked to register as a member of Chachaz or checkout as a guest. By registering as a member you will be able to purchase Chachaz products without re-entering your personal details.

By submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

All promotions, sales and codes will finish on the specified date as announced on the website.

Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.

The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their city or country and must obey the regulations concerning the customer requirements.

Amendments to orders can be made by contacting Chachaz via email and speaking with someone who will then receive permission to change the order. If an order has already been dispatched we will not be able to exchange the product.

Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.

Orders can only be placed with Chachaz by a persons with capacity to contract who are over the age of 18.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We use Canada Post and Chit Chats e-parcel, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after order placement. During promotional periods, please allow 5-6 business days.

Canada Post and Chit Chats can takes approximately 2 to 8 days within Canada and USA. Please note Canada Post and
Chit Chats do not operate on weekends.

Please note this does not apply to weekend orders as well as peak sale periods and peak holiday seasons with Canada Post. Orders may be delayed by up to 48 hours during these periods.

Delivery timeframes can vary over the public holiday periods due to overwhelming demand on postal services. Please expect delays on estimated delivery times and customer service response from delivery providers. Thank you for your consideration.

How much is postage?

Do you provide a tracking number?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. To track your order, simple enter this number into the Canada Post and Chit Chats tracking website. This link is also in the email.

Do you ship internationally?

We have temporarily suspended all international shipping services through Chachaz website. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are exploring opportunities to expand our reach in the future. Stay tuned for updates on the development of new websites that may cater to international customers.

What happens if I entered the wrong delivery information?

Unfortunately, we can not change any order information once your order has been processed. Please ensure the correct post codes are entered and if you are in an office building, please add your company name to avoid your package being sent back to us.

You will receive your tracking information once dispatched.

If for any reason you do enter the wrong address, this can delay the package by up to 4 weeks but Canada Post or Chit Chats will
eventually return the package to us.

What happens if my package goes missing?

If your package has been ‘stuck in transit’ for longer than expected, please lodge a ‘missing package investigation’ with Canada Post or Chit Chats and provide us with the case number.

Every missing package will be assigned a unique case number by Canada Post or Chit Chats Post and can take up to 2-6weeks to locate. Once we have the case number, we can take action based on their findings.

If the package was delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the item should be returned to us. To have this package resent to the correct address, there will be a $14.50 postage fee+ tax.



What if you are unable to send an item I have ordered?


In the rare instance that we are unable to supply an item on your order, rather than delay dispatch we will send all other items and
provide a refund for the value of the short supplied item. You will be notified of this via email and we will let you know the date that the item will be back in stock.

How do I know if my order has been successful?

You should receive an order confirmation once you have placed and paid for your order. If for any reason the payment didn’t go through, we will send you an email to let you know and give you some easy payment options.

I have been sent an incorrect item/there is something missing?

If there is an issue with your order (incomplete or incorrect), please

Manufacture Dates

At Chachaz, we take great pride in upholding the highest quality standards. Through our production processes and clear label
information, every product is traceable, ensuring authenticity and confidence for our customers.

While our products do not have a best before date, they do carry a date of manufacture, formatted as Life shelf : 3 years

 We recommend that, once opened, products be used within six months for optimal results. If the product remains unopened, it can be used within three years from the date of manufacture
